Are you buying a house or building?

Are you buying vacant land?

If the land is vacant and you are planning on building a house we recommend you be certain you can build. Some properties Fieldare unable to be built on because of government regulations.

There are many things that can stop you from building or stop you from building the house you desire. Things like zoning, building restriction lines, environmental limitations, bad percolation, etc.

Keep in mind, existing property corners may have been substantially moved at sometime in the past.  Initial construction activities sometimes disturb property corners.  We have found markers that were pulled out when grading was taking place and then put back in by someone that thought they knew where it should go but they were wrong by over 20 feet.  Property corners have been moved by neighbors since biblical times.  “Do not move your neighbor’s boundary stone set up by your predecessors …” Deuteronomy 19:14 NIV.
